Now that finances and jobs are getting tough. We all have times where we just can't get past an issue and our mental health goes astray. We can get depressed, or start to have panic attacks, start to have suicidal thoughts, and many other things. I found this site that is full of all kinds of information about mental illness as well as how to handle them. There are many things we can do to help us get back on track. We can eat better take vitamins, exercise, learn some relaxation techniques, talk to someone or you can also take medication
