Is this Housing Market ever going to turn around? I certianly hope so. I have started to see houses in my area to sell. But the prices are still very low. If I was a renter at this point I certainly would buy. For that the prices are great. But hat about all those people that are upside down in there house where does that leave them?
Unfortunately I am one of those people whom are upside down on their mortgage. My credit is still in good standings but we have been strugling to make those mortgage payments due to loss of income. What is sad is that our mortgage company will not help us. They just keeping telling us to make the payments. The only way they will help you is that if you fall behind on your payments. I think that is just not right.
My sister has been trying to get them to help her restructure her loan but they won't unless she falls behind. She has been trying to talk to them for 6 months now. They have eaten through their savings and have nothing left now. But lucky for her she is not upside down. That's if you can consider that being lucky. What a sad thing to say.
What is one to do? I hope that the Presidents plan will kick in soon and acctually help people who are trying to be upstanding and work on keeping there homes and not let these other people get a free ride by not paying there mortgage but are able to stay in there home for months without paying a dime. That is just not fair.
What a sad nation we live in, if banks and financial advisors are telling you that you have to fall behind before we will help you. I believe that they should help those whom help themselves. Not ones who say oh well and just let things go.
This is a good example of why we should carpool with your kids in the neighborhood. For instance, you should ge emergancy numbers for all the kids and make sure that you always have enough seats and proper seatbelts. Not to mention safety when entering and exiting the car. It is also informative on the best way to do the carpooling. I personal do a little carpooling with a couple of neighbors and its great. There is no sense in having us all drive our kids when we can cut down on the conjestion and the gas by carpooling.
Seniors are becoming younger and younger. Is it due to the latest health craze? Maybe or are we just becoming more wise to the health issues and preventing them. It is suppose to cleanse your system of toxins and impurities if taken daily. It is also suppose to help you lose weight. I think that this site is well worth looking into if you want to have great tips on staying healthy.
Are you an avid coin collector? Or are you just learning about it? Collecting coins can be tons of fun especially if you find out that one or two of your coins that you have are worth a lot of money. But even so, just really old coins are cool to have even if they aren't worth much at all. I am one of those people who like to collect just for fun. There are a lot of places online that you can go to get some good information on how to start your very own collection of coins. But some of them just don't make a lot of sense if you don't understand the jargon.
